School Dinners

As from September 2016, we were delighted to introduce Edwards & Blake as our school catering firm. They work closely with the school to ensure that school food is healthy, affordable and high quality with the hope that the vast majority of pupils will choose school dinners.

In Year R (Reception), Year 1 and Year 2 lunches are FREE thanks to the Government’s Universal Infant Free School Meals scheme. School meals are therefore compulsory for all children in these year groups.

For children in Years 3,4,5 and 6, the price of a delicious school meal is now £2.35 and must be booked/pre-ordered and paid for in advance using ParentPay (our online payment service - please see further details via link at the bottom of this page). Please note that this is the only form of payment accepted for school dinners.
The option of a packed lunch is also available for children in Years 3-6. However, strict standards are in place to ensure that the contents of all lunch boxes adheres to the principals of 'School Food Standards'.

FREE SCHOOL MEALS/PUPIL PREMIUM ELIGIBILITY

Your child (in Years 3-6)could be enjoying their lunches for FREE if you receive; Income Based Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support, Income Based Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credit, NASS or Child Tax Credit. Autumn Menus Sept 17

**Please note that for the last week of the Autumn Term, week commencing Monday 11th December, the menu being followed is week 1. There will however be a change. As school seasonal celebration Christmas lunch will be served on Thursday 14th December, the pasta option stated on the menu for that day will ow be served on the Wednesday.**
